Artel collaborates with a number of industry-leading partners such as ADERMA, a company providing a service " turnkey" with a studio of specialized engineers, designs and manages the building sites ensuring a global quality at all stages of processing. It combines aesthetic beauty, stability, resistance to fire and earthquakes, and especially energy efficiency, a key point for the company's policy of continuous development, which would contribute to the realization of buildings with energy impact "almost zero" and leaning to a constant research project on the ventilated frontage that can integrate a photovoltaic system, developed in collaboration with the Polytechnic of Milan and the University of Berkeley in California.
Also essential is the collaboration with parent company GI Locatelli, a supplier of anchor systems produced by the company, which offers many advantages with regard to security, stability and resistance to various conditions of use, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, galvanized steel and aluminum.
ADERMA provides diagnostic building services through Artemis construction, born from the partnership with Universita Politecnica delle Marche in Ancona. The company performs anintrusive measurements, without need of scaffolding, to the knowledge of the existing concrete buildings(characterization, positioning, and sizing of the armor), analyzes the performance of energy efficiency of the building with the identification and quantification of thermal bridges, materials and plant wall. It provides check measurements cohesion of coatings of frontages, pasted with the scientific method and documented, through the use of laser Doppler (patented system), georadar, ultrsounds, infrared rays and thermal imaging cameras. This measurements are particularly suitable for insurance surveys and judicial of residential properties as well as for the analysis and monitoring of historic buildings and cultural heritage.
